MXR Terms of Use

Welcome to MXR. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MXR mobile application and AI services. MXR is a specialized technical assistant focused on physical hardware, mechanics, electronics, and system troubleshooting. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
1.1. Compliance with Laws: You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must be of legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use this App.
2. Account Registration and Security
2.1. Account Creation: You may register for an account using your Google account or by providing a valid email address.
- By using your Google account, you expressly grant us permission to obtain your information content under your Google account.
- By creating a new account with your email address, you shall follow our registration process and provide required information accordingly.
2.2. Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.
2.3. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Use of the App
3.1. Personal Use Only: The App is licensed for personal and non-commercial use.
3.2. Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to:
- Misuse the App, including creating harmful or illegal content.
- Violate the rights of others, including privacy and intellectual property rights.
- Engage in activities that harm, disable, or impair the functionality of the App.
3.3. AI-Generated Solutions: The App generates solutions using artificial intelligence. You acknowledge that such content is not always accurate or appropriate.
4. User Content and Responsibility
4.1. Responsibility: You are solely responsible for any content you upload, input, or generate. You represent and warrant that your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
5. Third-Party Services
The App may integrate SDKs (Software Development Kits) from third-party providers, whose handling of your information is subject to their respective privacy policies. These SDKs are included solely to enhance the user experience and facilitate data analysis. If you identify or suspect any violation of your rights related to the use of these SDKs, please promptly report it to us using the contact methods provided in the Contact Information section below.
6. Termination
6.1. Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account in "Account Settings", or contacting our support team.
6.2. Termination by Us: We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or for any reason at our discretion.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. AI Use Disclaimer: The Services may use artificial intelligence to generate detection, solution or recommendations ('AI Output'). AI Output may contain errors and is not professional advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating any AI Output before use. You assume full responsibility for the use of any AI Output and agree not to rely on it for critical or high-risk functions without appropriate review and testing. The Services may produce similar or identical output for other users who submit similar prompts. MXR does not guarantee that the AI Output is unique, free of third-party rights, or suitable for any particular purpose. You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and using the AI Output in compliance with applicable laws and third-party rights.
7.2. Maximum Extent of Liability: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, MXR AND ITS OPERATING ENTITY ACCEPT NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR:
- Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your reliance on AI-generated diagnostics or mechanical solutions.
- Any physical damage, hardware failure, or personal injury that may occur as a result of executing troubleshooting steps based on the AI Output.
- Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data, files, or uploaded media.
- Any interruption, suspension, or cessation of transmission to or from the App.
- Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or harmful code that may be transmitted to or through the App by third parties.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
8.1. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. (Note: This will be updated to California law upon corporate establishment).
8.2. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time without express notice. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. DMCA (Copyright) Compliance Policy
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA and other applicable laws.
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit a DMCA notification to us (See contact info below), as required by the DMCA.
- Upon receiving a valid DMCA notification via email, we will acknowledge receipt and confirm acceptance of your request within seven (7) business days.
- We will inform you of the results of our investigation and our decision within 21 business days after you receive our confirmation of acceptance of your request.
- If, due to the complexity or volume of your request, the investigation cannot be completed within the 21-business-day timeframe, we will provide an estimated completion date. In most cases, investigations are expected to be resolved without needing an extension.
- If you disagree with our investigation and decision, you may submit additional evidence to support your claim within 30 calendar days. After this period, the investigation and decision will be considered final and closed, if no disagreement is received.
