MXR Subscription Terms

Welcome to MXR. These Subscription Terms govern the purchase, renewal, and cancellation of premium subscriptions (MXR Pro and MXR Max Pro) accessed through the MXR mobile application. By purchasing a subscription, you explicitly agree to these terms.
1. Subscription Tiers & Access
MXR offers tiered subscriptions to accommodate different diagnostic and troubleshooting needs. Upgrading grants access to advanced AI models, increased quota limits, and premium features.
2. Billing & Auto-Renewal
- Payment Processing: All payments are processed directly and securely by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. MXR does not collect or store your credit card information.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. The cost of renewal depends on the plan and duration you selected at the time of purchase.
- Quota Reset: Chat creation quotas (Pro and Max Pro) are reset at the beginning of each new 30-day billing cycle.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
You can cancel your MXR subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your premium features until the end of the current paid billing period. After this period, your account will automatically downgrade to the MXR Lite (Free) tier.
Since payments are managed by Apple and Google, MXR does not have the authority to issue refunds directly. Refund requests must be handled through the respective platform's support channels.
How to Cancel Your Subscription:
- If you purchased a subscription on the App Store, you can cancel it through your Apple ID settings. Cancel on App Store or visit Apple Support.
- If you purchased a subscription on Google Play, you can cancel it via the Google Play Store. Follow these instructions to cancel on Google Play.
4. Free Trials & Promotional Offers
From time to time, MXR may offer free trials or promotional subscriptions. You will not be charged for the free trial period.
5. Price Changes
We reserve the right to change our subscription fees upon reasonable notice. Any price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle following the notification. If you do not agree with the new pricing, you have the right to cancel your subscription before the new billing period begins.
6. Modification of Features
MXR is continuously evolving its diagnostic engine. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue certain features, quota limits, or AI models (e.g., updating from Gemini 1.5 to 2.5) within the subscription tiers. We will strive to ensure that any changes maintain or improve the overall utility of the service.
